These U-Shaped Hinged Knee Supports feature four-way stretch, 1/8″ neoprene that gives uniform compression. The removable U-Buttress can be positioned in the superior or inferior position, and the medial and lateral heavy-duty hinges for a high level of stability. The unique soft-seam construction is smooth to reduce irritation caused by conventional methods of seaming. Two circumferential straps with loop lock closures help limit migration and control the patella.
