The high carbon steel blades are hardened, tempered, sharpened to a razor edge and then Teflon coated to prevent sap build-up and easy clean-up. Equipped with knob to adjust tension for cutting hedges and small branches to grass. Hard resin plastic keeps the hedge shears lightweight and blades are replaceable.
